Dr. David Eric Boll is a native of Cedar Lake, WI. He attended New Holstein High School and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He graduated from the Davenport, Iowa campus of Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1992.
Dr. Boll is licensed in both Wisconsin and Michigan as a chiropractor, despite not practing since 2008 due to sports injuries....and coaches in the area of athletic performance training and rehabilitation and has an education and background as a therapeutic tape/ Kinesiotape practitioner (CKTP) and has a Performance Enhancement Specialist certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-PES). He had a private chiropractic practice in the Fox River Valley through 2007. As noted, sports injuries forced Dr. Boll to shift focus from full-time clinical practice to working in the coaching and training arena while still being able to work with athletes rehabilitation needs under his chiropractic license.
Dr. Boll works with professional and recreational athletes in the areas of cycling, rugby, hockey, running, cross country skiing, soccer, football and volleyball. Along with amateur athletes, he has worked with NFL players, WWE performers and many champions in motorsports, to include World and National Champions in motorcycle road racing. He currently is a conditioning and strategy coach for the Sheboygan Silverbacks rugby program, assistant coach for the Kettle Moraine Nordic Ski racing team ("The STORM"), works with the AMA Pro Roadracing motorcycle racing series and locally helps athletes of all levels to naturally maximize their physical sporting potential, like the Grafton Rangers and Fox Cities Gargoyles. He has training clients from California to England.

Callie Helminger is a native of Random Lake Wisconsin. She attended UW- Stout for her first two years of undergraduate study in health wellness and fitness. She decided to continue her studies by
transferring to Colorado Mesa University in the fall of 2017 to follow her dream of obtaining a degree in exercise science. She also plans on continuing study after her undergraduate with a masters
in exercise physiology.
Callie has spent her lifetime participating in an array of sports from soccer, basketball, volleyball, softball, rugby, and is now pursuing the new sport of powerlifting/competitive lifting. While
in high school Callie was a varsity athlete all four years and was regularly recognized for her athletic ability. She captained her softball, volleyball, and basketball teams, and was awarded
multiple conference awards.
Callie hopes in the near future to complete her CPT (certified personal trainer) exam, and build off that by becoming a certified strength and conditioning coach through NASM and NSCA. She hopes to one day work with athletes from the high school to professional level.
